"Getting the negatives out of the way first: 1. Arrived to find the queen room i had booked and paid for was not available (apparently it had been double booked through another booking agency (seriously?!)). They tried to fob me of with an offer of a room at a sister hotel, i refused as it was the other side of KL, and so they ordered me a twin on site. However, i was kept im the lobby for an hour while they prepared it as it had not been cleaned earlier (consider this was at 10.30pm it rung...

"Room is small, beds are hard, hot water worked only once after that no more hot water for the remainder of my stay, sheets looks unwashed, towels dont smeel little ke they put soap on it."
