"My second time staying at Hyatt Place Makassar. An absolute joy to stay there. I love the ambience and the food! Breakfast is simply delicious. I was also extremely pleased how helpful your staff Asfar was in particular. The level of service I received from him even before I arrived was amazing. From sorting out my additional booking to ensure I had a restful stay for my early am arrival and airport transfers while doing it with a pleasant smile. Truly a gem! My definitely go to when staying in Makassar."
