Some staff are nice but the other staff is terrible, we had one unintentional incident but one of their staff have a bad attitude and tried to attack one of my sibling which is not acceptable at all. Laundry was convenient. Staff very helpful. Pools were amazing. Book your tours with the front desk. Same price as everywhere else, so just very quick and easy. Tuk Tuks were right out front to take you to town, very reasonably priced.
