The apartment is clean and tidy. Restaurant at opposite is great and good service. Only 2 mins. walk to Dia supermarket and hop on & off bus stop. Only a bit noisy at night time cause of the bars are near and work till 0100.

Nice apartment, unclear procedures for getting in.

The apartment was lovely, spacious but very bare. No tea towel, washing machine powder, tea, coffee etc it was very clean and secure. We did find an issue with booking in. Upon getting dropped off at the apartment address with no other instructions from the booking agency, we found it locked and had no idea what to do next. I then noticed a sign stating that we needed to walk 2 blocks up the street to a booking office. This was totally unexpected and inconvenient although the guy was very nice and helpful. Upon leaving, he said we could leave our bags in their office all day till our flight etc. On the web site it says that the office is open 9am-11pm and he confirmed this. We turned up with full luggage in tow at 9.20am to find it closed with a sign saying ‘Back in 30 minutes” —- from when?? We then needed to lug our bags down the street to sit and wait for the office to open which was very unexpected. We were also told that the office closed at 5. We were amused to read reviews which were 2 years old that said the same thing about booking in issue. So, does anyone from the company read the reviews?!

Lage der Unterkunft ist gut, nahe beim Espanya und Barcelona Sants. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, empfehlenswert.

Didn't get to stay there arrived after an international flight to find they "couldn't have us stay there due to plumbing". They did book us at another place and payed for the taxi only to find we were at an apartment and needed to wait another hour to get in total 2-3 hours wasted and they should have attempted to contact us rather than have us walk up to nothing, then at least don't send us on a taxi to sit on a curb.

Location is good but check in instructions are misleading. We took taxi to apt address only to find out check in was further ahead by 2 blocks. Also blanket had stain. Overall was fine.

Great Neighborhood feel

I loved the apartment. Easy after hours check in. Clean, roomy and comfortable. The washer didn’t seem to work as it appeared the handle was broken off. The walls seem thin as the dog barked next door and a childcare was outside of balcony. Plenary of local eats. Easy to eat to bus station.

Good size space and comfortable

We thought this was a good value and nice space. The unit was in good condition and had plenty of room. It would be nice if you were able to check in in the building itself after hours (if after a certain time, you must go to another building located nearby) - however this wasn’t a big deal. It’s not clear to me what the housekeeping service is supposed to be. One day, they just left new towels, but didn’t tidy up or make the beds. Another day, they did. Overall, would stay again.

Adequate accommodation

This apartment hotel has no reception and so all communication is done with the sister hotel a few blocks away. We had some issues with our door and not getting in very easily. If we'd been staying longer we would of asked to move as it was very frustrating not to say dangerous ( I have the injury to prove it!). The hotel staff were very nice and arrangements for getting our key after hours were fine. The street was busy as we coincided with the independence rallies, 2 of which were in our street and that affected public transport Overall our stay was OK

La situación perfecta y la atención también. Lo que hay una cosa con la que nos quedamos sorprendidos respecto a la limpieza. Entendemos que pasa mucha gente por el apartamento y no todo el mundo tiene el mismo respeto por las cosas de los demás. Lo que nos pareció imperdonable fue el estado de las almohadas que no tenían ni siquiera una funda limpia y estaban todas amarillas de otros usos. Con una funda por almohada hubiera sido suficiente. Además de algo más de ropa de cama puesto que teníamos unicamente una colcha por cama.

Super week-end

Appartement très propre, accueillant, bien placé, proche du métro. Seul inconvénient si l on dort dans le salon le bruit de la circulation nous empêche de dormir. En revanche s il on dort dans les chambres on entend aucun bruit. Je recommande ce airbnb.

Hotelli hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä

Tämä huoneistohotelli täytti tehtävänsä täysin ja jätti todella positiivisen kuvan. Siisti ja tarkoituksenmukainen, vaikkei meille viidelle ollutkaan kaikille kaikkia astioita/aterimia. Vuoteet olivat jämäkät nukkua ja ympäristö rauhallinen. Parveke oli sisäpihalle eli näköalat olivat lähinnä naapureiden pyykit ja paikallinen lastentarha. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet tarkoittivat meille sitä, että alle 800m etäisyydellä on 4 metron sisäänkäyntiä, joista yksi on Placa Espanyan risteysasema. Minne olikin menossa, saatoi valita melkein suoraan sopivan aseman, Camp Noulle sininen linja Entecalta, Montjuicille vihreä Tarragonalta, La Ramblalle punainen Rocafordilta. Bussilinjat jäivät melkein kokonaan tutkimatta, mutta niillä olisi päässyt ehkä vielä lähempää.
