The people at the desk were very helpful. We arrived earlier than check in and they checked us. It was sooo nice of them. The metro was a short walk and from there you can reach anywhere. The terrace was a nice plus to sit on at night. Lovely place to stay.

The hotel is very close to the metro, Ideal for travel around the city. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room had a balcony and cooking facilities. We would recommend as a place to stay.

Pros: large apartment size, large bathroom, pool, early check in, quiet area, walkable to two train stations. Plenty of restaurants close by and a supermarket next door. Daily breakfast available. Cons: we had a major flooding issue with the shower. All it needs is a strip of metal at the entrance to redirect the water down the drain!

I picked the hotel because of its location (close to my son's university residence and the metro) and for its amenities - I had a kitchenette, which I loved. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The customer service was really good, especially from Hugo.

Clean, well located, friendly staff. They need softer mattresses. These were rock rock hard. Breakfast in the morning, but they charge for it… did not know that… would still have ordered it but not disclosed there is a charge. Would stay here again easily. Did not use the pool.

Property was nice staff was friendly and helpful. Our roomcleaning staff were very kind and did a great job! Hotel is near a couple transit stations which was very convenient to get anywhere in the city, especially heaving towards the tourist areas. Only complaint was that the bed was very firm but I put down the extra blankets they had and it helped.
