"Great place for families"

"The room was more like a studio apartment, which was one of the few positives.It was clean with basic essentials. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely poor, especially regarding the €90 deposit. At check-in, I was told the deposit had to be paid by credit card only. This was not clearly stated in the booking policy. I only had debit cards, so I had no choice but to pay with it. I did not have breakfast because €12.50 per person was not worth the price.The selection was basic:...

"Wir hatten ein Standard Mobil Home: Das ganze Mobil Home hat stark nach Urin gestunken - das war wohl das Putzmittel, trotzdem ist es alles andere als angenehme gewesen. Des Weiteren war es nicht sauber und überall waren Ameisen, Boden, Küchenschränken, am Kühlschrank - auch auf den Betten. Wir haben uns dann beschwert und haben ein „Upgarde“ bekommen - das war dann auch sauber und hat nicht gestunken und es waren keine Ameisen überall, trotzdem muss ich sagen würde ich hier nicht nochmal...

"Logement bien situé proche de Disneyland Paris. Dommage pour l'arrivée qui était prévue pour 16h sur place. À 16h40 nous avons reçu un message pour payer la taxe et une caution de 200€. À 17h nous avons reçu les codes d'accès. Aucune réponse de la part de 123homefr par téléphone ni aux différents messages envoyés via expedia. Logement propre, sauf le four. Le mobilier est a changé car très abîmé. Sanitaire à changé également très usé, la baignoire et la chasse d’eau avec de l'adhésif.."

"Apartment was clean and well presented. I would highly recommend following the check-in process accurately and doing this well in advance of actual check-in, communication wasn't always the easiest which lead to delays but we also did not check in 24 hours in advance, as recommended.
