"We chose this hotel based on shuttle availability, reviews, and price. We had an early flight and live 3 hours from the airport and were traveling with small children. If you’re going to need the shuttle do call and confirm shuttle times and book your shuttle times well in advance. I read online that the shuttle service began at 5AM. we needed to leave for the airport by 545 but at the front desk check-in, they said shuttles don’t start until 6 AM. The towels has streaks of black dirt looks like it has not been completely washed, no Kleenex , I had to use toilet paper to blow my nose . One tiny shampoo , 1 tiny soap for 2 people to share , so I opted not to shampoo my hair . It was disappointing!!! Will not booked ever again in Red Roof Inn. This will be my first and last . "

"This location was fine. A few issues I encountered. The AC unit was kind of weak. Fan on it was not very powerful. The comforter was a little too stained for my taste. One last thing, the room (single king) could have used an extra seat. Like an arm chair or love seat. "
