"The hotel was quite lovely. It had a beautiful pool and the rooms were very modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the maid service was impeccable. Breakfast and parking were included so that was a bonus. There was a fabulous local Italian Osteria 4 minutes from the hotel that gave you options for dinner. Overall a wonderful place to stay when visiting Florence. We would welcome the opportunity to stay there again."

The room was nice for us as day travelers. If you’re doing a short trip to Florence, I would highly recommend this hotel. "Wonderful property in every way! We accidentally left our passports in the room safe and the housekeeper immediately notified the front desk. The lady at the front desk, whose name was, Laura M., contacted us immediately. We were already in Venice, so she arranged a driver to drive our passports to us. She went over the top to ensure we had a wonderful vacation. The kindness was just amazing and the property was 10/10."

"ALERT! Manager will try to deny this review as he said to us when leaving - THE POOL. Nice view and pool but we had to get our own towels from a bag. We had to clean chairs off of food/cigs & towels after waiting patiently for help. The one pool employee was never proactive. Also BEWARE, the hotel rents out the pool to outside parties so you may be left without anywhere to sit or get service which happened to us on July 21st. THE ROOM, is in high need of renovations.
