"Room was modern and clean. Air conditioning worked well. Secure onsite parking for a fee, but plenty of free options overnight and weekends. Walking distance to shops, and the pub next door has great food."

"Lighting in bathroom was bad for make-up and general grooming, yellow lights, Balcony in need of urgent repair large cracks in floor had to be careful not to trip,plus there should be a safety strip on step indicating that there is a step down to balcony. Breakfast was very disappointing the only good thing was the orange juice, we chose to have in room as we wanted to experience eating on balcony overlooking the rowers on the lake."

"This is not a hostel. It is a homeless shelter and should not be advertised on Expedia. There are no on site staff to sign you in. It is done via camera and tv. The place is not clean and there are no amenities. The pictures used show a social area with young backpackers but this is definitely how the building is now. "

"The staff are the biggest assert here, all 4 four front desk people I met were very helpful and friendly. No housekeeping service is different? If you remove that I think a laundry should be provided. I enjoyed my stay and most likely will return."
