"Clean hotel great staff. 2 nights couldn’t sleep as was last room on bottom floor and there was a gate outside that kept on slamming all night until at end of trip they said they figured it out and would get it fixed. As well showed up at 2:30 to check in and they said the room is ready but they would have to charge me if I checked in 30 min early as that’s their policy. "

"Been going to this hotel for over 30 years. It’s a bit tired now, rooms mainly. This said it’s still very reasonable to stay there & breakfasts are good with several choices. This stay the window was open in our room when we arrived -the handle was missing & it couldn’t be close. We couldn’t telephone reception as the phone wasn’t connected & said on the phone it was from room 136 -this wasn’t our room. "The room was disgusting walls were covered in dirt, toilet handle was hanging out, beds were diabolical and there was no heating. I can say definitely 1 of the worse hotels ive actually stayed in. The only pro was the staff were amazing, very kind and friendly and tried to help where they could but shouldnt be like that. Also advertised they had a restaurant but that wasnt open. "La habitación tenia los edredones manchados y las almohadas igual. La manilla de la ducha estaba rodada y solo baja agua caliente. EL último día nos toco reclamar las toallas 2 veces por que no nos dejaban toallas. Lo único bueno del lugar es la ubicación ( tiene mucho comercio, tranquilo y fácil de llegar al centro de Londres) y el precio ya que Londres es super caro. Si eres escrupuloso, este no es tu hotel."

"We made the 4 hour drive down to London to find the hotel closed up, and looked to have been that way for a very long time. "

"Stayed here as my little girl played at the hive and we needed somewhere close by. Parked on the drive way right outside the door, keys were in a key safe and details were sent on the day how to get in the safe. The hallway as you enter is spotless, as was our room, tea, coffee, water and a fridge in the room. Very pleasant place to stay, paid £60 for a Wednesday night, knowing what i know now i think it's a bargain. Highly recommended. "
