Existe a necessidade de uma reforma urgente, os quartos cheiram mofo, banheiros tem infiltrações, as portas das sacadas estão com a madeira podre. As toalhas são de péssima qualidade e a maioria está manchada. Nosso quarto estava com o banheiro com manchas de sangue. O café da manha é decente, porém as louças estavam todas emboloradas. "Owners are there to personally ensure that our needs and requests were met. Owners and staff are highly personable and a joy to be around. Other guests seemed pleasant. The beach is incredible, and there is more to this city than meets the eye. For instance, some neighborhoods feature a vibrant night life. But its easy to avoid entirely if that's not your thing. Next time we will visit the waterfalls and some of the other area attractions."

"Eu quase não quero deixar um comentário bom para este hotel porque eu adoro ele muito e não quero que meu lugar não fique disponível. Meu marido e eu voltamos a este hotel desde que o descobrimos durante a covid em 2019. O lugar é o nosso `happy place`. O ambiente é muito tranquilo. O restaurante tem comida ótima e o chef é muito simpática. Agora oferece aulas de ioga todas as manhãs e serviço de massagens. Não há razão para sair! No entanto, a área tem ótimas trilhas para caminhadas e Camburi conta com excelentes restaurantes. "
