"Room was spacious and had everything you needed. Kitchen was fully stocked. Room was clean. The breakfast was excellent!"

"The rooms were well designed and clean but we found the pillows really uncomfortable. Around the outside sun-bed area, the hotel staff decided to steam clean the beds for an hour which was noisy and annoying, I came on holiday to get away from the sound of a vacuum! The food selection was good but we found it luke warm, a microwave would be good so you could heat up the buffet food, lastly the orange juice was fake, I would of expected real orange juice in Spain also a coffee machine to offer...

"Most people didn’t seem to have AI and so certain items not an available and pool bar / resturant menu fairly restrictive. Plenty activities and animation team activities. Tennis courts no longer exist which was a shame - 1squash court available. Pool areas wonderful loads of beds but busy. Nice thick cushions. All staff in all areas were very helpful and friendly. "

Right above the children’s play area at the restaurant so v noisy from early morning. Also next to the entertainment area, but back of stage so couldn’t actually see, but could hear! Entertainment stops at 10pm so not too bad. We didn’t move rooms as had already unpacked. We did pre-request a quiet location with a view - we got neither. This hotel is great if...

"Highlights: Great music, facilities, rooms, Pilates / Yoga classes and breakfast! Lowlights: All inclusive was more of a semi all inclusive, anything more than what your mum can cook at home you have to pay a premium for. Rooftop on the 16th isn't all inclusive at all, and if you like drinking past 12pm anywhere in the hotel you best get your wallet out because you should be in bed! "We recently spent 4 days and 3 nights at the hotel and had a genuinely relaxing stay. From arrival, the hotel felt spotless and very well maintained. Cleanliness is clearly a priority throughout. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide variety each morning that delivered on both quality and choice. The room was comfortable, with a firm bed and supportive, good quality pillows that made it easy to sleep well. Poolside time was stress free as reserving sunbeds was simple. We also enjoyed a...
