"The property was in a great location and we felt like locals during our stay. Our questions were answered and resolved quickly. Each room had a private bathroom and that was very convenient. Overall, the apartment had lots of great space and light, but we did note that the property was dustier than we expected. "The staff were friendly enough, but the management of the hotel was lacking in basic planning and customer service protocols. There is no safe, and there are no bedside reading lights. After check-in they tell you “by the way” the restaurant downstairs will have noisy events “only until 1:30 or 2:00” on Friday and Saturday nights.
