"The staff were friendly enough, but the management of the hotel was lacking in basic planning and customer service protocols. There is no safe, and there are no bedside reading lights. After check-in they tell you “by the way” the restaurant downstairs will have noisy events “only until 1:30 or 2:00” on Friday and Saturday nights.
