Great hotel in good location, very good value for money. Breakfast was a tad simple and lacking but ok. Reception, bar and pool area excellent and beautiful. Rooms very simple and a little boring and run down but cold AC, quiet and comfortable. No complaints, you just sleep there anyway

Hotel is a little bit older than some of the others I stayed at, but it is a great value for the money. The neighbor the hotel is in is a little unkempt. There is a nice shopping mall four blocks away. I would definitely think about staying there again if I’m back in the same city.

Cuando llegamos habían sobrevenido la habitación. Habíamos reservado una habitación triple y nos dieron una categoría menor. No hubo opción a cambio durante la estancia, fue muy incómodo para todos. El servicio de limpieza no dejó papel higiénico y compramos, pero sorpresa porque nos retiraron el que habíamos comprado y tampoco dejaron, optamos por guardarlo en la maleta cuando salíamos. Plafon del baño desprendido desde nuestra llegada.

The negative thing about the hotel and that was, that you were a sit allowed to have no more than one guest in the room and if you were to have someone stayed over with you the hotel would charge you extra even if the person was family... it was a bit aggravating that you couldn’t have your own relative come to visit you, it was very displeasing, the only way way was for them to sit in the lobby to see you, in other word you couldn’t have a private conversataiaon with anyone cause you couldn’t take them to the room.... considering that the rooms had a table with chairs... and to top it off there was a si hole person in the front seat that was very passive aggressive and every single time he had the chance to make things difficult he would, for example my nephew and his sister were not allowed to be in the unit one of them had to stayed outside and how ever knows barranquilla anything could happen to them Been outside... aside from this the rest of the staff were very friendly, polite and very helpful specially the lady Sugeily if not mistaken and the cleaning lady as well and the two gentlemen that work the door and the restaurant very nice people... considering Of all of those things I would still go back to the hotel cause it feels very comfortable...

Hübsches Hotel mit Renovierungsrückstand

Architektonisch hübsches Hotel mit gewaltigem Renovierungsrückstand. Negativ: Kaum Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet und keine Abwechslung zwischen den Tagen. Sehr negativ: Dienstleistungen (Reinigung) waren drei Mal so teuer wie vereinbart!

Welcoming Hotel

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Nice to meet people like that! The restaurant room is amazing and the food is very nice. The rooms are a little tired, but are clean and spacious. The pool area is a nice place to relax, and food can be ordered there. Plenty of local buses pass the hotel, so it is easy to visit the centre, but 2 blocks away there is a huge shopping centre “Prado”, which contains many, many shops and an extremely large eating area. The hotel is recommended for its friendliness.

El hotel se encuentra en una zona fea de Barranquilla, en condiciones físicas es un hotel sin mantenimiento, las imágenes que se muestran en la reserva se encuentran ambientadas, las habitaciones tienen mal olor, el piso de las duchas se encuentra manchado y no muy limpio, no hay productos de minibar en las habitaciones, el aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso por lo que no permite descansar bien y las puertas no cierran correctamente.
