Nightmare Scenario... "Left out in the cold"

Our reservation was not honored... We were left out without a hotel room for the length of our stay... as of today no one has refunded our reservation money.

First they didn’t want to check us in. Told that for this reservation “management doesn’t exist”. After a while the receptionist said ok, it’s fine. But he room was with the window so dirty that we barely could see through it. And it was a smell in the room. This was really dissapounting. They moved us to better room for the next day. It was with balcony and much better. Most of the staff is very nice and one receptionist even spoke english. She made our stay much better.

Mal hicimos la reserva y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que esto ya no es un hotel. Es un engaño, nos tocó salir a buscar otro hotel.

Llegué y no había reserva porque el hotel cambió de concesión y justo estaban en transición, empieza a funcionar a partir de junio con otro nombre, decir que una de las dueñas de los apartamentos nos alquiló uno en forma particular, pero no había desayuno ni nada de lo que decía la reserva y el edificio en remodelación

Buena ubicacion, ningun problema con la mascota.

Esta muy bien ubicado, la tarifa acorde al servicio, que es bueno. solo un par de detalles, el ascensor es muy caliente, creo que falta arreglar el ventilador. El servicio al cuarto no esta disponible en domingo. En general me gusto el hotel y volveria

Es mi hotel en Barranquilla

Está muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el precio es competitivo. El personal es amable y dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno es diverso y rico. Me he hospedado 2 veces por trabajo y lo recomiendo 100%

Muy buen servicio por partes en todo el personal! Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí! Muy recomendado. Como aspecto a mejorará sería que le falta variedad a los desayunos.

No lo recomiendo

Pesimo, la habitacion se inunda por los marcos deblas ventanas cuando llueve. La geidferia y muebels estan todos en mal estado... la limpieza de las sabanas es muy regular... Siendo un hotel relativamente nuevo se nota q el constructor se la quiso ahorrar toda... la mala calidad se evidencia por todas partes...

El hotel bueno en su mayoria...pero la primer noche fue en una cama bastante incomoda y a demas fue recibi la habitacion la cmaa era un sofa cama con un colchon
