"We had issues with one of two rooms booked and after the first call to the hotel they refused to speak to me"

The pillows were so deformed and uncomfortable that I ended up going out and buying three new pillows and a blanket, just to be able to sleep. "Breakfast was soso. Not sure what some of the other glowing reviews for breakfast are on about. Fairly standard - one scrambled egg pan, one other hot option, waffles, bread, coffee. There are better options in the area at this price point with a hot omelette station, and multiple options. Room cleanliness, Beds were decent. Overall acceptable but not value for money."

"The room itself was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. However, the room lacked a full length mirror. This was a major inconvenience because we were attending a formal event. The outside property could use alot of curb appeal and attention. Truthfully, it was an eyesore and made us very nervous as we were driving in. Suggestions would be some planters, flowers, benches, ice machines. I believe this would draw more visitors. Overall, I would stay there again and recommend this place...
