"Efficient check-in on line in advance and on site on our arrival. The property was clean and spacious and located in a lovely residential part of the city. The room was quiet. Recommended."

"Primero lo bueno: Excelente ubicacíon en Recoleta con todo cerca. El apartamento lo entregaron limpio.
Lo negativo: pequeño estudio sin armario o guardaropas. Vive de mi maleta por 8 dias. Dejaron 2 toallas y un rollo de papel hygienico para 8 noches, lo cual encontre bastante triste. Y de último, no fueron muy comunicativos por Whatsapp. Mensages ignorados/preguntas sin respuestas.
Por el precio, no es terrible."

"The property wasn't great. Communication was terrible. I have to make 3 separate payments for the booking, cleaning and a third payment for the deposit. One of the mattresses was terrible. We woke up early in the morning to a barking dog from a neighboring apartment. Overall, a very poor experience. I would definitely not recommend. "
