Manager is kinda rude, our AC was blowing heat and AC didn’t work! Our door wouldn’t latch when we shut it, staff untried coming in our room a couple times but we had it locked from inside

Everything went great. My only comment for a possible improvement would be to provide a continental breakfast free. Of course a charge for the hot breakfast is to be expected but seemed a bit expensive. But we experienced a very nice stay.
