"We ended up staying here after leaving the hotel we had initially booked due to safety and maintenance issues. We were greeted immediately and had a friendly chat with Nick, the front desk guy (Happy Birthday, Nick!) and another associate, who gave us helpful suggestions for where to eat nearby.

"Rooms need severe updating, carpeting in halls very stained, carpeting frayed in rooms and stained. Sheets did not fit mattress.
Outside areas had cigarette butts all over
Breakfast very nice with pleasant staff. Bartender on 2 nights extremely frustrated, rude, throwing things.
Children allowed to race around floors, yelling,
had to call front desk 2x up to 11 PM.
Would never use again as very expensive for a sub-standard facility."

"The main part of room was somewhat clean but something splattered on wall. The bathroom was gross with a dirty floor and no shower curtain. The response I got the next day about the shower curtain was not an apology, just - well we can put one up now if you want. There were little ants all over the room and crawling on the bed. I would never stay here again."
