"The photos shown are of another property this person lets. I would not have felt safe staying in this accommodation regardless of cleanliness. We were met by a lady who didn’t speak English and who had dirty track bottoms on. As we walked in the entrance was filled with a tumble dryer on and stacks of cupboards precariously stacked on each floor. "I never received any check in information, I arrived at the property at 3:30pm and I couldn’t get into the building. I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information.
