The room was very clean. Had a nice view of the ocean and Nevis. They could’ve used more utensils in the kitchen. And the beds, sorry to say, were very hard. Still, it’s a nice place to stay if you don’t really wanna be right in the mix of everything downtown.

I like this hotel for the price and location, the ocean view was amazing, the room was spacious and beautiful, but the 3rd day the water went off. So, I was able to wash the dishes, take a bath or wash my clothes. You also have to request that housekeeping change your towels, I went chasing the ladies on all the floors just to get some clean towels before I realized that i could send an email directly to the office and make my request known.

I stayed here for the St.Kitts Music Festival weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building is an older building and I can tell they are renovating, so I can see the potential. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and had a great view.

Everything was almost perfect but the hallways need a little maintenance. Rooms were very clean , had microwave, stove & refrigerator. The doors do need a little updating too. But I love it there. 😁

What made this stay exceptional was an exceptional staff. Unfortunately only 1 expensive restaurant was open, but our room was spacious, the view was wonderful, and the front staff was some of the best we have come in contact with. Thank you so much Amarra for recommending Boozie's!! We (including our daughter) loved it!! You are a wonderful person!

The ocean view was beautiful. The room was very spacious like an apartment. The manager, was very attentive and nice. They Hotel is under new management and they are making improvements so one day, when they put a pool in, it will be even better! The beaches are free so not having a pool wasn’t a problem.

I stayed here most recent in May of 2026. The reviews I read had me a bit hesitant but I’m happy to say I didn’t experience any of the negative experiences mentioned. The property manager Safiera was very hospitable and accommodating. Every inquiry I had was answered and attended to appropriately by the staff. It’s far from the beaches and tourist sites and may not have some of the other amenities other hotels offer however it is economically priced, convenient and most of all comfortable, so with that said it’s worth the trade off. I would definitely suggest having your own transportation so you can get about the island and partake in tourism. It’s a property I would definitely stay at again. Thank you Safiera, Alexa and everyone else that was of assistance during my 2 day stay.

The staff are wonderful. It's the items that wasn't in the room that I didn't like. They gave us a shower mat for our room at check in time which should have already been in the room no iron or iron board not enough pots and pans for me to cook no wash cloth to shower with no paper towels or washing detergent. The microwave and the toaster oven was in Chinese words which I didn't understand

Mohammed was an excellent host attentive hearing and always go in the extra mile. The room itself was really gorgeous and extremely comfortable. we understood that the outside was being refurbished. overall we had a really great experience and we would recommend this hotel and the price was fair.

On arriving pleasantly surprised to the size of room and an excellent breezy view of Caribbean Sea and to kitchen porch outside of property beautiful breezy Mountain View’s creating deep calm. St Kitts is very inviting to the spirits. Reason for rating below is property on the outside stairs if one does not use the elevator is filthy with what looks like bird mess. The elevator went out for approx 30mins and no backup generator was initiated. That was extremely scary; imagine being locked in elevator. The only two weekly housekeeping ladies were pleasant and the staff that welcome me at front desk lobby.. Towels were requested after no one came for housekeeping and I was shocked to be told I could wash them. I did receive after insisting; yes I see a washer and dryer in room but I was not so informed that guest wash the hotel towels. I suggest this place in as my room was well equipped to cook, wash, dryer etc… it ought to state this is an apartment not really a hotel. Also, because it’s 5 mins drive to town. There was only one restaurant called Safeway that cooked excellent meals. Otherwise, one must drive into Basseterre to get breakfast and definitely a late dinner.
