You need to have a car to drive into Arcachon and the surrounding bay as there's nothing in walking distance. But if you have a car - this is perfect. Clean. Good breakfast. Quiet. Free parking. Excellent.

I had high expectations and they were met and exceeded. The staff are polite, courteous and professional without being robotic, and that makes a difference. The room was larger than expecting, well furnished. The bathroom was good and the buttons for the shower avoided the usual fear of having to take a degree in plumbing that you usually find with hotel bathrooms. For my first holiday on my own I couldn't have picked a better hotel. I stayed three nights. The staff were friendly, the room was lovely, bed very comfortable. Theres a fridge which I bought fresh milk to put in for my tea. The TV has a good selection of English channels. The is a supermarket 5 minutes from the hotel which i bought brioche for breakfast each day. Will choose this hotel again.

Great hotel with in walking distance to Bordeaux's attractions, restaurants & bars.

This is our second time staying here, can't be happier. Our 2nd time is just as good as the first time if it's not better. The room is perfectly decorated, small but charming. Fantastic location, very quiet but close to the city centre. The hotel and the surrounding area are great, picture perfect, tasty with a lot of activities. Hotel staff is a little forgetful, - for example when asked to organise a wine tour they never bothered, when I asked to book hotel restaurant for a birthday party they said they did but on the night it turned out they didn't bother again. Make sure you chase them properly.

Plenty of parking, the staff were soo lovely, very friendly and helpful, one love lady printed off a list of recommended places for dinner and was extremely helpful. Our room was spotless and the beds very comfortable, everything was to our expectations and more!

This is a beautifully elegant hotel. Each room is unique with high quality fittings and products , particularly the quirky but very wearable bathrobes and the Dyson hair dryer. The team are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble
