Nothing unique, two years ago this hotel got small fridge and electric kettle,now both also don't have in the room as I need to boil hot water for drinks. Ask reception staff and he say only bigger rooms standard rooms not provided its suck o went o more cheapest hotels in batam got. So pay some more money to get a room with electric kettle. Door card only one card usually standard any hotels will provide two cards per room. Weather is so hot air conditioning not functioning well though. Toilet very tiles and floor very dirty like mths not clean and bed sheets got stained and dirty flooring not clean properly. I ask housekeeping to change bed sheets and surprise that clean bed sheets are brighter white than the previous one looks like maybe they didn't change the bed sheets after somebody use it for short time as there is lipstick and other stained on bed sheets. Also got trail of ants when I put my drinks on the counter top. Items should not have any pests in the rooms.

Simple. Check in. However, I don't think it's relevant in this era to collect deposit money of 100,000Rp though it is refundable. The thing I dislike most are several mosquitoes inside the room buzzing and attempting to suck blood

Fairly nice hotel with good location as it is near to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. What I disliked about the hotel location was that they did not allow Grab/GoJek vehicles to pick customers up from the hotel lobby. We had to walk outside along the main road to have the drivers pick us up. If I knew that they had this problem I would never have chosen to stay there for this inconvenience.

Overall room was good except for some strange smell.initial room had faulty water heater but the staff took care of that by changing room for us. Location and facilities wise it much within walking distance. Need to get around by taxi most times.

Ok Lah!! near beach, not much Glamour. Ok Lah!! The staff were helmpful and nice. For some cheap hotel payment is just good value for money but don't aspect much.

Was able to book in timely fashion and just 5 minutes from Batam Center and Ferry. Room was pleasant and affordable with WiFi and breakfast included. The breakfast should offer more options.

Not a bad hotel but there is room for improvement. If there is shower curtain in the toilet will be much better. Ground floor room have mosquito in the room which is normal for ground area. But overall, it is a pretty comfortable stay :)

Overall ok as just needed a place to sleep during the trip... Staff very nice & friendly. Price good.

Overall a good stay

It's relatively close to Batam Centre though not walking distance. Basic room that's pretty clean and comfortable. Aircon and heater working well. Albeit the breakfast spread ain't too fantastic, but it's reasonable for the price paid for the room.

The worse hotel stay.

I ask for a non smoking room but was given a smoking room. I made payment online but I went there to find out the rooms I booked, the photo I see Is different so I change room n top up cash. The deluxe room given was too smelly n the cigarette smell was so strong that both me n my boy couldn't get to sleep, bedding so dirty, toilet paper left 1/4 when we check in and floor dirty. It worse than a motel. The other room for my sister n boy, was a deluxe room too but much smaller than my room and n air con spoil so we ask for room changed, hotel staff at counter so rude n ask us back so what u want? After all the hassle from their room n lobby we manage to change the room it was 11pm plus. Still we get a room with air con spoil. Booked 2 room regret!
