"The staff at this resort all acted like it was their first day on the job. I was told by a manager that they were 170 members short, just in the service end of the business. It showed. "I was not given the WiFi code, got it from the cleaning woman’s daughter, the tub did not have a stopper? I couldn’t darken the tv screen. No one answered the local phone on Sunday. Or sat night."
