"The admiral Inn is a fairly nice Older motel. It’s two floors there’s no elevator so it’s all steps. The pool is older but fair nothing fancy there’s coffee in the lobby but no breakfast. You’re right near everything not on the beach side but just across the street and it’s a short walk to the pier, etc. I would probably give it 3 1/2 stars out of five. "Great location and even better staff! We had been traveling for two weeks and had the best night sleep of everywhere we had stayed. Clean room, clean shower, plenty of towels, and cold fridge. We'll be back!"

"Had a lovely visit at the hotel. We stayed for two nights and there was no housekeeping during our stay, not even for fresh towels or trash removal which we weren’t expecting. The place could have been a little cleaner, in particular the floors weren’t super clean and my white socks got filthy after one walk to the bathroom and back, and while it is an older property, the room was nice and big, and the staff was very friendly and kind. "The staff was very unfriendly when we entered the property at 3 pm. They said come back at 4 pm. We had our emotional support animal and had to wait in the hot sun for an hour. No decent lobby and no outdoor shading. The resort fee is $18 per person but with two pools it is not much of a resort. I think it is a hidden additional room fee. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel."

"Check in staff very friendly. Nice to have a parking spot but very difficult to find one available and enough room to park. Pool looked nice. Grounds and building need a lot of work. Very run down. The location is fantastic, parking is extremely tight, wasn’t very clean, ceiling fans are completely covered in thick dust, super low water pressure in showers, zero communication regarding where and how to check (I only knew because of reviews), and there is no elevator for those who would need it. Overall, our stay was ok. Wouldn’t stay again for the price."

"The hotel definitely has a lot of charm and character, and the property itself is very cute and unique. However, the soundproofing was a major issue — I could clearly hear conversations and even someone talking on the phone in another room. The amenities also felt worn out, with cheap towels and areas that could really use upgrades and refreshing. Overall, it has potential and charm, but in my opinion it does not meet the standard of a true 4-star hotel."

"When I arrived there was a smell in the room and when I opened the refrigerator, there was a rotten candied apple in the refrigerator and a half a bottle of Diet Coke. When I notified staff, they came and cleaned it out. When I’ve been turned back my bed, there was some dried food on the sheets. When I notified staff, they brought me clean sheets to change my own bedding. After that original hiccup, the rest of our visit was good."

"My mom and I enjoyed the Hyatt so much. We were able to keep her vehicle in Valet Parking during our stay ($50 a night), they had a huge lobby (plenty of lounging space, bar/restaurant, and drinks/snacks), an amazing fitness center and indoor pool, as well as a sundeck. She and I actually tanned on the rooftop on one of the days we were there. It was so nice! I definitely recommend staying at the Hyatt!"
