"Lovely and quiet location with comfortable, clean rooms, a good breakfast and with safe parking. The country house is just off the A21 within an easy drive from Hastings and St. Leonards. I would be happy to stay there again."

"Staff very friendly, food excellent, rooms clean and comfortable, but alittle tired with ceiling paint and walls peeling off, grounds and hotel is beautiful, restuarant is comfortable and beautiful set out, parking was ample, great value and near to lots of great places to visit, the local pub is ..."
