"The Fig Tree is a comfortable, convenient and budget friendly place to stay when exploring Kangaroo Island. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. We stayed four nights and would recommend The Fig Tree to anyone."

"Plenty of room. Good kitchen to cook in and washing machine available. Untidy yard at back and side of house . Mounds of dirt and rocks left in piles . No railing around wooden decking."

"We had 2 nights here and so glad we chose Kingscote as it is closer to the main attractions of the island. The Seaview room was spacious and comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was lovely and quite reasonable. Highly recommend."
