"This B and B sets the standard for the word "Boutique". The friendliness of the staff and the extreme comfort of the king-size bed was truly unequalled. It is a little way north of the town and set on a beautiful property. No effort was spared in the quality of the breakfast. One negative point about the Manor itself is that the owners have 2 resident cats. If you are allergic to cats please beware. "

"The unit was spacious and very clean. The cleanest shower I’ve ever seen! The kitchen was well equipped. Comfy bed with blockout drapes. Heater was effective as the weather was wet and cold. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for a dated style of accommodation/decor. Lake access very picturesque and outdoor area would be enjoyable in warmed weather. "Always a pleasant stay. Location is great with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Lots of beaches around for a swim. Perhaps an additional arm chair or two in the Queenslander villa would be great, as the two seater couch is quite tight for two people to sit on comfortably. We will be back for sure."
