"We recently stayed at this property and were very disappointed with the lack of housekeeping service. Upon check-in, we were informed that rooms would be cleaned every other day. However, throughout our entire stay, our room was never serviced once.
We had to repeatedly request basic necessities like fresh towels and clean sheets for the sleeper sofa, which became frustrating very quickly. Despite being told what to expect, those expectations were not met at all.
Additionally, we requested to speak with management on two separate occasions and never received any follow-up. That lack of response only added to our frustration and made us feel that our concerns were not being taken seriously.
The hotel itself is in a great location and has a lot of potential, but the lack of follow-through on something as standard as housekeeping—and the absence of communication from management—significantly impacted our experience. Consistency and accountability are key in hospitality, and unfortunately, both were lacking during our stay.
We hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements so future guests don’t have a similar experience."
