"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, warm plates in the plate holder. That must be a first, tea and coffee was also hot. Food selection was good. Would definitely stay for a night again if stopping off on the at further south. Dog 🐕 was made very welcome 🤗 and got a treat. Good central location. 💙🤗🙏xxx"

"Solo traveller - peaceful night in a very comfortable bed and spacious room. Cleanliness up to speck with crisp white bedding and fluffy towels. Wonderful breakfast with tasty locally sourced bacon. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve chosen the Derby Arms for a stay over now, for a fussy traveller it fits the bill beautifully! Central location for Longridge/Ribble Valley."

"Great hotel. I the UK for my dad’s celebration of life and hotel made visit easier to manage. two adults and a 16 year old, and plenty of room! Check in was smooth. Staff friendly. Breakfast amazing. Good atmosphere in restaurant/bar. Enjoyed our stay. Only slight grumble was not allowed to enter IHG one rewards, to take advantage of late checkout. Was told couldn’t as booked on Expedia. Always do this in Canada (home) and have never had a problem so that was frustrating."

"Had a lovely clean en-suite room overlooking the sea. The staff we met with couldn’t have been more helpful. There’s parking on the front of the hotel but if it’s full there are 3 long stay car parks bang next door. We were in Blackpool to go to The Opera House/Winter Gardens and this was ideal as it was only 10-15mins walk ( all nice and flat) to get there. The hotel bar was open 24hrs which as we arrived back quite late was nice to sit and chill before heading off to our room. If/when next in...

"The accommodation was very good. Breakfast whilst adequate, was not as varied as I’ve had elsewhere. Eg. Scrambled eggs or no eggs. Hotel not easy to find by car and sat nav. Mine gave up. Haven’t seen so many no entry signs in such close proximity and never seen a “Bus gate” before. Beware of this as sat nav’s want to take you through it. DON’T GO there. I’ll probably have a ticket on the mat when I get home. Only one disabled car parking bay and that was coned off. Arriving by train? Not easy...

"Very friendly staff, the room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The pool was full of kids so we didn't went for a swim. Breakfast was good and had many options. The car park was quite full and the spots were a bit tight (even worse because a lot of people didn't know how to park 🙃) But overall was a nice experience! Highly recommend it!"

"The Savoy is a mixture of good and bad. The public rooms are beautiful with a lot of original features. Our suite at first glance looked fresh and clean but on closer inspection the bathroom was quite dirty. The bath at some time was a Jacuzzi but this no longer functioned as such. The tiles on the bathroom floor were incredibly slippery - we had to lay towels over the entire floor. We would have liked bath robes to be available. "I liked the sea view. I liked the friendliness of the staff and that they listened to my requests. However my room was too small. The TV plug only just reached the wall socket. The kettle and bedside light had to sit on the floor because I couldn't plug them in otherwise. There was no bedside table. My room was not made up between the first and second nights. My toilet seat snapped off and was unusable. There was not much choice at breakfast, marmalade and only one choice of cereal."
