"Perfect Location great staff "

"Most everything was ok. Nothing was great. The only way to watch tv was to lay in bed. There wasn't a table I could eat at. No microwave to warm anything up. I only asked for my room to be cleaned twice. I would have thought my sheets could have been washed both times, but they weren't. There was not a full-length mirror in the room. The dehumidifier was loud and I had to empty it daily. I had a beautiful view from my balcony. I was on the top floor of rooms, so I was awaken every morning from tables and chairs being moved around on the sundeck. I don't think a person staying at Lani Kai should have to pay to rent a beach chair. Awesome wait staff for bringing drinks to the beach. When I checked in I was told I had to pay for parking in the lot. Then I was told she would see what she could do. I think I was going to be taken advantage to pay $20 a day to park where I was staying. Not Cool. Very nice shop attached to the hotel in and around the back. "

"Just across the street from the pool and best beach areas. Very nice remodeling job at the Bay Inn % Lani Kai. A couple hundred dollars a day less than some others nearby. "

"The real highlight of our stay was the wait staff in the outside dining area, particularly Jayden, Tyler, and Gabe. The property itself is nice. The room was wonderful with great oceanfront views, and it was very spacious. Our major disappointment was that there was no housekeeping at all during our four night stay. One more thing ot mention is that the air conditioning unit in the kitchen area was so loud that we absolutely had to close the bedroom door at night to sleep."

"We enjoyed our stay! Very convenient location, right on the water, clean with recently renovated rooms. We went for a girls weekend and loved it! The only thing I can’t rave about was they had very poor water pressure, not sure if it was because we were on an end unit, but it was a trickle out of the shower head which can be a little difficult if you have a lot of hair, no hairdryer in room, and wish they had a full sized mirror in the room. Regardless I would definitely recommend staying there! It’s a beautiful property!"

"We had a lovely family stay here. The property has a nice view of water where we saw manatees swimming. Heated pool. Very friendly and helpful owners. The room and pool area was spotlessly clean. Numbered parking spaces right outside the rooms. The property is on a quiet street but only a few mins walk to bars, restaurants, gift shops and the beach. Would definitely stay here again :)"
