"We had planned our off-season trip around the amenities like the pool, water slide, etc. unfortunately, without warning we arrived to find out the pool would only be open the first day of our 4 days and our kids were very disappointed. Additionally, our wing was without power for 4 hours during our last full day. Nothing was done to make up for these inconveniences and what would have otherwise been a great experience was marred by these this inconveniences"

"Pet friendly location with amazing patio and the most amazing view of the Bay. Hot tub was a nice touch. We enjoyed having a fenced in area for our dog.and was access to ocean floor"

"The owner was very helpful. We showed up with a boat in tow and asked if we could plug in to charge the boat batteries and he was very helpful and was able to provide a spot with an outlet for us. Much appreciated that!"

"Nobody made up room, came and got garbage or change of towels - I did it. To make things worse the pool was closed and this was one of the reasons I booked Hotel - never received any notification about this - VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!"
