"Really liked the fact that tea/coffee station was available 24 hours a day . Parking was great as we could park outside our room . Breakfast was basic but enough to get you going in the morning . The staff was super friendly and helpful when I needed info or help . The only one small thing is housekeeping finishes at 2 so most times we didn’t get room cleaned . Even if we left earlier in the morning. But we just went and got extra towels and a broom to tidy ourselves . Would book again . Conveniently located around a lot of gas stations, food establishments and grocery stores ."
"From the warm welcome by Mary, to the spectacular view from our room which looked right over the Northumberland Straights towards PEI, to the best dinner and breakfast we can remember (amazing flavors and presentation) the Amherst Shore Country Inn beats them all!!"
"Great place, very convenient location. Our host was friendly and welcomed us warmly. Room very clean and had all we needed for quiet night's rest. We made a request when we booked online and it was honored without any issues. Would stay here again."
"This 1850 house is a gem and we were lucky that we were able to get a room in the coach house at the last minute. The restaurant is excellent and the only fine dining in Sackville, or for miles around, but it is important to decide on the menu before you get there."
"We stayed at “Log Point” which is just down the road from the main inn. This made the room, and property in general, especially quiet and peaceful. The common spaces were warm and inviting overlooking the water. The king room was decorated in a classic decor, ample space, and nice large bathroom with a jetted tub. We didn’t use the tub only the shower. We were very comfortable.
We had breakfast at the main inn, where a classic breakfast was made to your taste. We did not have dinner but you have that as an option with a nice wine list. Staff were friendly and helpful.
If you want a peaceful, relaxing escape this is the perfect place."
"The host is incredible friendly and kind. Really enjoys getting to meet the people staying there. Would it be nice to have my own bathroom and kitchen, rather than a shared one, yes it would. However, for the price, this place is a very good and sharing a bathroom and kitchen is definitely manageable.
Overall, I left feeling like I was staying at a relatives who I haven't seen in a while."
