Everything was perfect from the staf to the last minute accommodations for an unplanned additional guest to free airport shuttle service, right down to the added touch of our towels being folded into kissing swans. "We literally walked into the mall, where the hotel is located and into the hotel and up into our room. With a 5 year old, 3 year old and 11 year old in tow, this Hotel is super convenient, just a short stroll from the bus terminal adjacent to the mall.
