We got to the chateau late in the afternoon. When we arrived Jeremy was very amicable and helped us with our luggage and explanation on how to enter the chateau. We enjoyed a quite outstanding evening meal cooked by the owner. It was original and delicious. The hotel itself was quirky, albeit in a good way. Old fashioned and probably in need of a facelift; but as a taste of rural France, hard to beat.
