"I was charged an $8.50 guest parking fee that was not explained in Expedia. I prefer to stay at Hyatt hotels, and have stay at other Hyatt hotels, but haven’t been charged a parking fee at other locations. I understand this Hyatt is by the airport and the hotel doesn’t want travelers/non-guests parking at their facility."

"This hotel was far more expensive than it was worth. For the price paid, I expected a clean, well-maintained room and a much better overall experience. Instead, the room was outdated and showed significant signs of neglect. There were stains on the walls, peeling paint in the bathroom, rust around fixtures, and furniture that was scratched, worn, and clearly past its prime. "I enjoyed most of my stay here. Nothing amazing, very basic, but the convenient location was great for the event I attended. The room was plain and fairly clean and basic comfort. No maid service or only a few towels tidied was a bit odd. I appreciated the bikes for use and utilized them twice."

"The bedroom was clean, and the carpet seemed new. The mini fridge was very tiny and down on the floor- so hard to load our cooler food and drinks into. The bathtub was dated and there was some mildew around the tub grab bars- mostly just viewed under the wall attachment while I was sitting in the tub. The bath counter seemed new and nice. The bathroom was also TINY. Hard to maneuver in. The room was blessedly quiet!! The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent."

"This property is nothing like in the pictures!! All the rooms are outdoors, and there’s people living at the property which you will have people drinking & smoking and hanging around outside your door and in the parking lot. It’s a terrible place! We stayed 2 nights and left even though we didn’t get a refund of any kind!"
