"The receptionist made a point of emphasising we had room air conditioning & mini bar drinks included in the in-room fridge. Neither the air conditioning or fridge were working - which having checked in at 9pm, we didn’t notice. When we reported this the next morning when checking out - the receptionist checked her vompu& simply said “it wasn’t switched on” by them … no apology, no accountability! "

"I usually do not write reviews. But my stay here left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The hotel looks very nice from the outside and is super well located. Inside though, it has a very creepy feeling and the staff just felt off. As a young woman traveling for me is scary by itself. It did not help that while I was trying to take a shower, a man tried to break into my room and was banging my door down. I called the emergency service in the hotel and by the time they came the man was gone and...

"Das Zimmer war kompellt neu saniert, groß und ruhig mit einem tollen Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Der zusätzlich gebuchte Parkplatz war ca. 3 Häuser weiter. Er war durch ein elektrisch zu öffnendes Tor absolut sicher. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Nachteil für Personen mit Gebehinderung: Um den Aufzug und die Rezeption zu erreichen müssen einige Stufen überwunden werden. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Bushaltestelle liegt praktisch vor der Türe."

"Don’t be put off by the outside. The B&B is on the 4th floor, Suite 9. Once you enter it is very clean and comfy. The young lady, Beatrice, who came to clean and assist visitors could not have been more helpful or pleasant! This is a diamond in the rough. A good deal."

"The was the cutest little place to stay for our overnight before boarding a cruise ship. The location was perfectly located right in the city & close to many places for eating, getting a drink, shopping or just walking the city and exploring all the charm of Genoa! Simona was the sweetest and so helpful with offering great sites to see & places to eat/drink. Very accommodating and eased all our worries with getting to the city from the airport & finding the guest room. Hoping to return for...

"This is a beautiful hotel very close to the train station. Beautiful old marble, wood and iron in the grand entry. They really made the atrium and breakfast area into something special. There are beautiful wood parquet floors in the rooms. Plenty of towels, robes, slippers provided. Wonderful tea/coffee service set up in the rooms. Amazing breakfast, worth the money. Old but well kept. "
