"Everything was great. It was much closer to Sarlat than we expected and had great access to the routes out of town to all the places we visited. The room was a good size, immaculate and it is very quiet and serene. Breakfast was simple but on time and well prepared. The hosts were very helpful on a variety of topics. Would definitely recommend La Bayardine and would be happy to stay again. One minor note, the driveway is long and very tight and could be an issue if you have a large or wide vehicle,"

"The hotel was very lovely, situated up on top of the hill. Took one or two tries with Google Maps to get the right turn but there are also signs for the hotel itself on the roads. About a 25 minute walk back up the hill, but not too bad. And a quick stroll down! The room was very comfortable, the hotel owner was extremely friendly and helpful with local suggestions. And the breakfast was delicious! Would definitely stay again."
