"Rod n Reel..excellent resort. Room was great. Bed was too soft..uncomfortable. Main issue was Rod n Reel Restaurant. The flies, flies, flies were terrible. Could not enjoy the food without them trying to land on your food. Bar tender brought an automatic fan to the table to keep the flies away. Who wants to eat, have fan running to squat flies...food gets cold. Management on duty never came to the table. We were not the only ones complaining!"

"Overall the Hyatt Place was well maintained and nice. The desk staff were attentive, breakfast was good and the space was clean. My only complaint was that the shower door in my room kept opening. Not sure if the magnet was broken or what, but the door kept sliding open. The rooms were spacious and modern, so I think the shower door issue was an anomaly. I would stay again."

"Room was clean but a few things were broken. Toilet paper holder broken, cabinet door for the cupboard of the refrigerator broken. Called for maintenance and they came right away. Pool area VERY small hot tub broken. No one used the pool area..looked dirty. Workout room ok, treadmill worked as expected. Food store area stocked with drinks, snacks. Hot coffee/chocolate and frozen meals, ice cream. $3 and up. Restaurant has designated/limited hours, we weren’t around when they were open but menu options looked like variety. Limited parking especially if there are events booked. 3 out of the 4 nights we were there 2 events happening at a time. NO parking. Overflow lot in bank parking in front of hotel but is distance from hotel if you have abilities or hauling luggage. Keurig in room but only 2 kcups. Have to pay for coffee in lobby store. Great location for mall and AMC theater also several eating places in mall and around hotel with one next door. Can walk to all but have to cross 4 lanes of traffic which was not difficult at cross walk."
