"We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!"

"Stand out service. Very clean. Great breakfast buffet- outstanding lady on staff there. She was so helpful- greeting customers and offering assistance to serve them food and drink. "The room was very clean and even had a refrigerator. I liked that they supply you with body wash and body lotion. The breakfast was very good as well.
