Check in ( at a time in the afternoon when were the only people in reception ) took 13 minutes for a one night stay. I'm glad there wasn't a queue.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and a good size, pillows weren’t that comfortable. Welcoming staff. Beautiful (small but fine for us) room. Great bed and bedding. Fabulous shower. We stayed in a Clubroom on floor 5. In the evening the bar/grill had a great vibe. Lovely grilled chicken wraps and chips for lunch.
