"Upon check-in the staff was very welcoming and explained everything in detail, leaving no questions. Our room and the entire property was very clean and well kept. We saw staff members several times collecting trash so it wasn’t piled up anywhere. The room had everything we needed for a nice weekend away. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to take advantage of the amenities on site."

"This property was very disappointing. It smelled musty as soon as you walked in. The staff was far from friendly. No one greeted you when entering the facility. I disturbed the staff who was relaxing on the sofa, had her shoes off and was playing with her feet. When I asked her a question she said the information was in the key sleeve she had given us. Our room was not AS stinky as the entrance. There were stains on the carpet and very low water pressure that got Luke warm at best. I will steer clear of this entire hotel chain moving forward."

"So, my stay was dominated with the water pipe issue. while I recognize it was not the people that worked at the properties fault, it was still a major issue. Friday. No water initially, then no hot water all day. Could not shave and had to do the best I could to clean. Saturday. Initially no hot water. Was advised the boiler was being fixed and within 1/2 hour I was able to shower. Sunday, No hot water. I had to be out so again I did the best I could to clean. Too many water issues to make this stay anything but terrible."
