Room was very clean. But bed is too high, had my 92 year old mother in law and it was very difficult to get on it. Maybe change bed styles or have a small stool to get on. Asked office for one and the didn't have one.

The door was a bit broken on the opening side, the bed was also broken with burnt cigarette marks and the whole room smelled like pure cigarettes as well knowing it’s a non smoking room but it’s still alright i guess for what I pay for , hopefully a better cleaner room next time since it’s reliable ...
