"Im mot sure why hotels in the uk dont provide wash cloths in the bathroom. I guess im just used to hamptons in the states. This one had no fridge, no complimentary water, no ice machine. We were told our room was upgraded to a handicapped accessible room. Lol. Not sure if thats an upgrade, but thats what we got. Breakfast was always good. And the bar was a nice touch. Wpuld recommend. "

Very professional,friendly and helpful, from the initial contact with the reception staff, restaurant servers right to the housekeeping and the handyman.Food quality was absolutely lovely and all locally sourced, from the steaks, fish and even the local bakery.
