"When we arrived, the receptionist didn't have record of our booking and was incredulous when we showed the confirmation. After 20 mins of ignoring us, they dropped us into a dated suite and told us we'd need to move again the next day.
The next morning we received a message that they were moving us to a cottage down the hill and would compensate with breakfast and a bottle of wine. When we arrived at reception, they changed the message to clarify that we would need to pay extra for breakfast...
