"Safe box was not working properly"

"The staff were wonderful. Expedia did not send the hotel my reservation but fortunately, the hotel were able to accommodate us for 3 days. Not only did they find another hotel close by to host us for the remainder of our trip, they moved our belongings. When we showed up in the evening to check in at the new hotel, everything was already prepared for us. The staff at Eiffel Rive Gauche were helpful and extremely kind."

"Location not great. Small rooms, with no dressers. Shower/tub extremely hard to get in and out of, almost dangerous if you are older, or any disabilities. We did have a great view of the Eiffel Tower. "

"A great little hotel very close to the Eifel tower. Plenty to see and do I'm the area, I would definitely stay there again."

"Great location. Easy access to restaurants, Eiffel Tower, and Seine. Staff was excellent. We had some people with mobility difficulties and they swapped our rooms to accommodate them. "

"The only criticism is that the breakfast area was very cramped and the staff were slow to notice that breakfast items,including crockery, needed replacing and topping up"

"The hotel allowed us to check in an hour early. The staff was able to loan us an electrical adapter since our baggage was lost. The breakfast isn’t complimentary. It 7 Euros per person. Overall it was a convenient and wonderful hotel within a mile from the Eiffel Tower. "
