"This is my favorite hotel in Lyon. I have stayed there half a dozen times. Can't beat the location on the river and easy access to dining. Also, as a dog owner, I love that there is a dog park half a block away and a large green space at the end of the same block. The staff is always helpful and friendly. "Location was great for those that are comfortable walking around town. The apartment was spacious and a great base for us in Avignon. There are many dining and market options nearby. Hosts were great and easy to contact if needed. The only thing to be aware of is that parking in the area is quite difficult (for much of old Avignon). When being dropped off by taxi we walked about 5 minutes to save a very slow drive in the city. "
