"First time staying at the property. Booked it through Expedia. Staff at reservation desk asked for my card for incidentals. I swiped card, and signed when it was approved. Then called a manager about something and was showing him information on the computer through his phone. Then he asked me to swipe my card again, saying that it did not go through. I did and said that I hopes my card was not charge twice. He said it wasn’t. It was. I have two pending charges for incidentals in my card as I wrote this review. Room was fine. Shower mat had a stain on it someone should have seen. Parking and getting into hotel to check in is cumbersome. Location is good for food and such. "

"The front desk staff is exceptionally rude. I prepaid for breakfast and politely asked if a coupon was needed since I didn’t get one with the room key. The lady felt irritated by my question. She looked at her cell phone and told me “No, go eat” without looking at me or saying anything else. A simple “good morning or hello” would have been nice. "

"Second time I've stayed here. I was impressed with the morning and evening dining options. Being able to NOT have to leave for food or a drink, especially at the end of a long day, is worth it's weight in gold, especially when the room rate makes it accessible."

"The hotel was under construction and I wasn’t aware of it. It might help me to find a better place. Room appliance includes air conditioner and refrigerator were very noisy during the night and I haven’t seen such that noisy appliances before. They looked like old . "

"While the rooms were fine and large, the bedding was pretty thin. I also do not think it's ridiculous that you charge $10/per day for onsite parking in your parking lot. It's not as though you are parking in a garage, it's just an open parking lot. "

"Breakfast were ok. Just basic stuff. Friday morning, some of the food were out. Staff added few foods. Room was clean. One side of king size bed was not firm. "

"Hotel is dirty, staircase going to upstairs to 2nd level and our hallway is dirty. It seriously need to be vacuumed. Our top layer bed sheets were dirty you can see the stain told the front desk and housekeeping came and change it for us. Our sofa looks dirty and worn out so we did not sit on it, bathroom is fine except the toilet area you can smell urine it seriously needs a deep clean. Our key cards keep locking us out of this our room. Turns out they cancel our reservation, never explained why but we literally checked in on Friday how else do you think we have the key cards and our stuff is in the room but the front desk fix the issue in the system so that solved it. The bed were fine and we were able to use the bathroom so we decided to stay the 2 nights. We’re only here for volleyball tournament and we’re not coming back to this hotel. Oh we avoided breakfast we rather get it from somewhere else. "

"The TV and refrigerator in my room weren't working. A call to the front desk initiated a visit from a housekeeping staff person, who had no idea what to do. Maintenance was not available. The room itself was very good, large and clean. Breakfast was very good, with many choices. Front desk staff was friendly, and as helpful as they could be. Would stay again, but check tv and refrigerator before getting settled."
