Room was clean. It's a spartan room with clean, nice towels, but no coffee in the room or office. Some loud, shouting noises, but only heard them when I shut the A/C off, but it's quiet now. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Made me pay a $25 deposit for my service animal. I paid for a kitchenette and was put in a regular room.. next day I went to the office to bring it to their attention and they made it out like it was my fault. FINALLY got the right room. Chewed my 13 year old autistic daughter out for refusing housekeeping.
